I love making my own salad dressings. I have already had to make this 3 times this week it was such a hit! Here's what you need:
1/4 cup nonfat buttermilk
2 tbsp low-fat mayo
2 tbsp nonfat sour cream
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp Splenda
Whisk all together in a small bowl. Then add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate. This is SO good.
